Welcome to your Resident Onboarding! We're thrilled to officially welcome you to your new Mod Pod home. Our goal is to make the process seamless from start to finish. Our team is available by call, text, or email, or you may request a brief Zoom meeting with your property manager for a personal walkthrough of the process.

Onboarding consists of three sections:

1. Review and sign your "Lease Agreement Package"

2. Complete the Account Setup

3. Complete you move-in checklist.

Review and sign all required lease documents and addenda electronically.

Set up your Resident Center Account for rent payments, maintenance requests, and online communication.

Finalize your move-in payment (rent, deposit, and applicable fees).

Complete utility transfers to your name, ensuring activation by the lease start date.

Enroll in Renter's Insurance for added convenience and protection.

Receive your Resident Welcome Packet with key contacts, move-in checklist, and service information.

Before keys can be released, the following documents must be signed electronically:

Deed of Lease (Rental Agreement)

Rental Insurance Addendum

Pet Addendum

Security Deposit Path Election Addendum

Pest Control & Bed Bug Addendum

Fee Schedule Acknowledgement

Lead-Based Paint Disclosure

[?]  Your Invite to the Resident Center Portal
You will receive an email invitation to join the Mod Pod Resident Center.

This secure online portal allows you to:

Pay rent and fees electronically

Submit and track maintenance requests

Communicate directly with management

View the list of approved vendors

Please check your email inbox (and spam folder) for an invitation from Buildium / Mod Pod Properties. Once received, follow the prompts to create your Resident Center login using the same email address associated with your lease application.

Your Resident Center account must be created and active prior to move-in to ensure access to important updates, payments, and document tracking.
